Speed Limit

Hello! The second day I had such a limited home internet speed of up to 5mbps. It was 30-50mbps all the time, but on March 23 around 14:00 it dropped to 5mbps. The speed of the city closer to the base station is up to 90mbps. I would like to know if I am the only one with this problem.
