My bed is stuck in a very uncomfortable position. I think its the motor, Ive unplugged it, waited awhile and plugged it back in. The remote still lights up but I still put new batteries in it. I dont know how to sync it everything online is for different remotes. I need help soon I had to sleep on the couch last night due to the uncomfortable position it is stuck in and my back cant do that another night. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a Nectar base, both motors went out at the same time in five months.
