I cannot get a refund

I filled out a return form online but never heard back. After repeated emails with no response, I sent the dresses to the address on the package in which I received them. I sent them back within 15 days, but I still cannot get a refund.

i dont want a refund i just want a *** size i need these gowns for my sons wedding april 4th i dont know where to return the gowns and also when i bring up my account with nc gowns it dones not give any kind of information at all no order number no nothing
