The tubing comes out of the tubing base. It won’t stay in the tubing base when I reinsert it. The hearing aide falls off the ear causing concert that it may get lost. Not sure that replacement tubing will work any better. PLEASE RESPOND BY TELEPHONE

This whorehouse of a company would not replace my right ear hearing aid, even when I offered to pay for it, by telling me I had to buy 2 aids because blah blah blah. Another *** company run be *** people. User’s recommendation: Stay away from NANO. Go absolutely anywhere else.
I called to get a replacement and was informed that I would have to pay $49.00 plus $9.00 shipping, I bought a 5 yr warranty plan and was told I already had 3 relplacements which is all it covers I will look elsewhere for new aids in the future.
It took over 2 mo. to get them in the mean time I bought different ones finally came and I want to return them but can’t contact them e mail or phone User’s recommendation: the product is good just can’t contact them.
