45 days have passed since I received a form letter saying I had successfully returned the hearing equipment to Nano’ warehouse.

My Nano hearing aids werereturned about 4 months ago. We have a letter dated January 15th, 2021 showing that the hearing devices from Nano were successfully returned and arrived at their warehouse for review. Thus, we feel we have more than satisfied the 45-day waiting…
