Unable to trace my order

Having placed my order I was asked a number of times for the same info! Eventually it did get sorted out and my product arrived safely. I think they could simplify their ordering system, but otherwise they were helpful in trying to sort it out.

To confirm an email I have received

The total lack of contact to sort out and then cancel an order as it appeared that the company may well have ben a scam.
