Unable to trace my order

Having placed my order I was asked a number of times for the same info! Eventually it did get sorted out and my product arrived safely. I think they could simplify their ordering system, but otherwise they were helpful in trying to sort it out.

I bought Valk Synergy 7plus straight from ebay, it arrive in a box. I opened the box, took the scooter out of the box and noticed the REAR TYRE WAS FLAT. # I NEED A REPLACEMENT REAR TYRE INNER TUBE
