Bought tickets to a show months in advance, and then covid resurged and I made multiple requests for a refund in advance!!! Called, emailed, and nothing but hold lines and FAQ lists. Haven’t received my tickets orer#3460****

it’s 4 days until game and no tickets which paid for. They changed my order to a different section and seats from what I ordered. Shame on them. REALLY PISSED CUSTOMERST REALLY User’s recommendation: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM TICKETNETWORK. DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
