Payed 458$ for tickets that I never received They didnt answer my requests until 1 day prior to event and said the tickets were no longer in my account. They said no refund sorry User’s recommendation: Terrible customer service.

Bought tickets to football game and was told the tickets were transferred and I never was able to access the tickets. Now its the day before the game and Im on hold getting the run around with ticket tracker. User’s recommendation: Do not purchase tickets with them.
i cannot get through to anyone to find out how to get a refund to a cancelled concert. 271.39, may not seem like much but I believe the artist that cancelled would not be happy knowing his fans are out this kind of money.
