Poor service
I often eat Oporto, and I've noticed for a long time that there is no quality at all in this company. French fries are always like gum and dark, because cooked in old oil, the burger bun is often not fresh and soft, and the sauce in the burger is not nice on the inside but is on the outside all over the burger, and then the whole face and hands are of course with the sauce, trail now go elsewhere to eat.
