Parcel delivered and left on my front doorstep and hadn’t been taken.

I have had an updated and the driver has left my parcel on my front doorstep. Im disgusted I live on an open road , unfortunately someone has taken it . Your driver needs to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a next door neighbour as requested. I would like a refund immediately.
