Online Book Access Account was opened without my permission!

I opened a new business 9 months ago with a new business checking account. Somehow this company, Mybymedia.com, opened an account charging me $39.99 month, plus $2.99 each month for access, and then each month there were charges for $1.20 and .09 cents each month for international charges.
