I gave a 5000.00 deposit for MYAFFORABLE ROOF on 11/19/2018. Dealt with three different sales rep. The first was Nora W. who took the deposit. The deposit was then given to my afforable roof. Customer service was horrendous. Took them 3 months to do a job they said would be done in 3 weeks. When we tried to complain we were yelled at, threatened, and bullied. They made my husband sign a paper saying he wouldn’t leave any bad reviews (which is illegal) and when I called he threatened to send... Read more➤

Today at 7am my friend Anna Monteiro correia with her 2 y. O. Daughter supposed to have a flight to Zurich with AuAir (from Zurich she had another flight with etihad to both natives). The flight was canceled, due to the technical reason. AuAir offered to fly tomorrow with the same flight, at the same time (hope this time flight will not be canceled without prior notice!), Stay one day at the hotel with check-in at 2pm. And of course, they gave anna 2 vouchers for 20 dollars. 20 AU$‎ for a meal for two people staying in Canberra! My friend is still in the airport (she arrived there at 5. 30 am!), Sitting on the bench (nobody offered her a lounge) with the sleeping kid, waiting for her check-in in the hotel at 2pm with 10 AU$‎ voucher (10 she already spent for breakfast). Dear AuAir is it a way you compensate for the canceled flight? You really don't have any resources to help mother with a kid to feel comfortable for the mistake happened by your fault?
