Terrible customer service, illegal contracts

Customer service was horrendous. Took them 3 months to do a job they said would be done in 3 weeks. When we tried to complain we were yelled at, threatened, and bullied. They made my husband sign a paper saying he wouldn't leave any bad reviews (which is illegal) and when I called he threatened to send his lawyers after me if I left any bad reviews anywhere.
