My phone was perfect they say bent

I sent in an iPhone 6 that was in perfect order. They emailed me after a week to offer me £9. Itll be interesting to see was damage the phone has sustained. It was in a box and inside a padded envelope. The phone could not have been bent. I feel scammed. User’s recommendation: Not recommended. Avoid.

Telephone line no longer exists. Have tried to get in contact on two previous occasions but no reply. User’s recommendation: It seems to be that after sales is lagging far behind sales. Think carefully before using this company.

Non delivery of books

I had a message from hermes on 2nd of june to say my order was with courier and i havent heard anything since. Ive enquired with hermes but have had no reply same with you. Please could this be sorted otherwise i would like a refund.
