Poor service, damage is not fixed
Hello, I live at Ikshkiles Street 2. Brisbane. The intercom of the staircase is serviced by Pty. VIZIT (former Pty. OceanIJAS DROshiBA) Kr. Elm iela 149-408, LV-1013. For a month now, Pty. "VIzit" has been resolving the issue of intercom repair. The masters have already been several times, after the third time the defect was still detected, but is not repaired, because as the responsible operator masters are busy. The intercom still doesn't work. Previously there were problems with chip replacement, it had to wait a week. This Pty. service is under every criticism. I do not recommend anyone to start cooperation with Pty. "Vizit"
