Line disconnection Due to Faulty line since Lokdown

we wish to inform you that our telephone no.2206**** and C.A. No.202115****.as this line is dead your end.Since Lokdown we had not been able to use it we have new made alternate arrangments so kindly disconnect the line and remove all charges from the period strting lokdown till date if any.
