Ignorant people

N train 20 th av station. An employee man is always rude and horrible whenever you ask to charge your metrocard. D train Fort Hamilton station. The woman who works evening time is so ignorant. Awful customer service! {{Redacted}}

Everyday the q54 off of grand and morgan ave in east williamsburg is late by at least 30 minutes. Its terrible and consistently happens
