Why is it the the Q54 is always late??? We wait on the corner of Metropolitan and Grandview right by the B38. At most we have counted that the 38 comes more often then the Q54, more like 3 to 1.. This is not acceptable during winter months and when kids and adults have to be at work at a certain time. We just patrons take or make time to leave with extra time to get where we need to go with enogh time. I understand that things happen and buses are late. But for a bus to be late EVERY single day and waiting in the cold is NOT acceptable. Something's Gotta be done about the q54. I see on this website said no results have been done. I will also complain by calling 311 and see if something's it's done there I will not stop until I see the progress. Angry consumer.
