Messy customer service
Hello! I would like to complain about the untidy customer service at the Australian Post, Melbourne 55th Post Office, Cementa Street 12, LV-1055 and more specifically to the postman Solvita Silina, the manager and operators of the 55th Post Office, unfortunately I do not know my name! I was waiting for the company's legal address: Oceana iela 1A to write a letter from the SRS where there was very important information. SRS employees sent a letter on 01. 06. 16, 03. 06. 16 the letter was received at the 55th post office. Okay, let's say I wasn't there when the letter was delivered, but why didn't the postman leave an informative message, why wasn't the repeated message brought? Today 07. 06. 16, when I say look for her letter and called the post office and told the situation, the cameraman answered me that she has to serve customers and she does not have time to do with it, and so that I can try to call tomorrow, it may be time for her! I was very offended by this relationship with customers and asked to connect me with the post office manager. Head of the post office, the behavior was wrong, she spoke to me quite rudely and did not even apologize for the inconvenience it had caused me, as if all had to happen all the time, but she still managed to find a lost registered letter and she even gave me the number. She then said that I needed a power of attorney to receive the letter, to which I replied that I was the only member of the board, then she said that I needed to bring a company registration certificate. I'm sorry, but the registration certificate does not contain any data about the members of the board, there is only the name of the company, registration number and date... Why does a person holding such a position not know what documents are to receive a letter addressed to the company. Why do I have to waste time and look for my letters and pick them up? What is this service like? I now have problems with the SRS due to the Australian Post. I hope, however, that Australian pasts will train its employees to perform their official duties properly.
