Bought a watch from them about one month ago. Returned the watch and I received a partial refund instead of a full refund. Was on the phone with them for one hour on 4 separate occasions. Twice they hung up on me after the long wait. Once they said a manager would call me back. I’m still...

home delivery, sushi quality
For a long time I wanted to order sushi at home. For security reasons, I wanted to order from Sumo, so, as before, I went to the page www. sushi.org, but there in front of Kabuki Express. Then I only realized that Kabuki has been separated from Sumo and the rest of the group's restaurants, and that's why the quality has dropped so catastrophically. However, it was lazy to dig further, so we ordered. I order one sushi set for 17 dollars and two Gankun sushi - with caviar and crab. There was also one Gankun in the set - with salmon caviar. The phone said it would deliver (in the center) hours - hours in 15 minutes, which is already a terrible time. OK, we waited. When it was 15 o'clock, I called - after 10 - 15 minutes. As a result, after 1 h 40 min, a courier arrived. In my stupidity, I would still throw a tip over the AUD 21. 60 bill. I open the bag - there in the box all the sushi (about 20 pieces) fell into one pile in the corner of the box and stuck together, all the caviar from Gankun sushi smeared all over the box - the view is terrible. Call for delivery - you can bring everything back in an hour (!), but take these away. Crazy wanted to eat, then we rolled the sushi off each other, picked the eggs and ate them. The sushi was microscopic in size, dry, tasteless, completely absent. Soy sauce - it is already the poorest, and then it seemed to be mixed with water. In short, everything was disgusting! The sushi was microscopic in size, dry, tasteless, completely absent. Soy sauce - it is already the poorest, and then it seemed to be mixed with water. In short, everything was disgusting! Then we look at the box - the validity period is 4 hours, but for production only the date. As it was already 21:00, the date does not indicate in any way whether it has expired. Production time was not specified. After an hour of calling from the delivery - having contacted the management, next time (someone next time?!) we can ask for a 15% discount: DDD Needless to say, there will be no next time. To be fair, it was necessary to predict such a level, because when one month on the 12th date (then they have a 50% discount on food) I went to Martuki Street Kabuki to eat sushi - they were also half smaller than normal and completely tasteless... In a word, this office has degraded to the last detail.
