Poor service

I ordered a phone from AuMobile with delivery. As a result, the order has not been delivered to me for a week. The first day's package travels in the wrong direction at all, now that they have been promising for the fifth day in a row that I will be waiting all day, but the shipment is not like that. When you call to find out information about a shipment, no one picks up the handset. Not to mention that the mutual communication of the iExpress courier with the service is under every criticism at all. I specify the address to which the shipment should be sent, however, it is also taken to another address. Huge "thank you" to iExpress courier and service. For the excellent cooperation and for not delivering the shipment to the customer on time. Sometimes shipments are really a matter of life and death.
