I booked a hotel on Expedia when I got there I witnessed things that should have been reported and an unsafe environment also the rooms are filthy At Super 8 Oceanview in Norfolk. I plan to sue
Poor accomodations, my feet were dirty from my rooms filthy floors so I washed them with a washcloth and the hotel management kept my $20.00 deposit. User’s recommendation: Don’t stay there nasty manager!
Because I booked third party they cant help me but the over charge wasn’t from hotels.com it was thru studio 6 itself very dissatisfied i spend alot of money at your establishment and This is crazy how I’m being treated the general manager at the hotel is very rude she should NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC...
