Dash entertainment display screen goes black

Entertainment touch screen went blank Feb.26,2020. Here is result of diagnostic tech…Repair Services: Entertainment/Communication System Concern (Radio, DVD, CD, iPod, etc.) – Center screen on/off intermittently.
