Delivery did not happen asked for cards and flowers to be delivered on 8/6/21. On talking to customer services was told it will be delivered on 10th due to covid didnt state this on my order very disappointed and wont use them again. User’s recommendation: Avoid.
Trying to get fraudulent use on my account stopped. Moonpig do not respond but say someone will get back to you within 48 hours! In the meantime, tens of fraudulent orders are being transacted on my account every hour! User’s recommendation: Do not use Moonpig.

Card was sent out using an incomplete delivery address. It only arrived at its destination because of the effort of the postie .
