Delayed gift

The gift I ordered was late but did eventually arrive, in the meantime Moonpig sent me another with an apology, so it was all good. I want to return the second one but need instruction as how to do this if you can help me please. Thank you celia.nicholas@***.com

Have ordered two cards at seperate times and no envelopes to go with the cards. Have ordered several times this yr and has never happened before. Please let me know as i would envelopes. Regards Denise

Card hasn’t arrived

Brought on Tuesday for my sons birthday which was on Sunday. I still dont have the card & the event has past!! I even set a reminder at the time of the purchase.
Tied six times to complete an order with three different cards. After the first attempts, I complained and received a post back telling me to start over and try again. I did it three more times and nothing CRAP User’s recommendation: DONT BOTHER ITS A WASTE OF TIME.
