I detest this company with a vengence

Can not get them to stop billing. I had to hire a lawyer today with hopes to finally have the account closed. I think this is a deeply predatory company who prey on the aged. No cancellation for 5 yrs?

I called to cancel my service I’ve been their customer since 2015 and I have another priorities and apparently a 2 yr contract magically turned out into a 5yr contract thats so shady!
