I don’t always set up their computer system with their circular maze of menus that lead you nowhere. I’d selected my plan and all I wanted to do was pay for automatically. Do not rely on their customer Service

Their customer service people often give outdated information. They will tell you a provider is covered then after you obtain service and it is denied they will say the provider cancelled their contract. Molina is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

DO NOT torture yourself by choosing Molina as your healthcare insurer! They will deny every pre-authorization request for prescriptions and treatment! They do not maintain proper records.
