Need to speak with customer service!

I am being charged for one of my kids not being covered at a curtain time or day in a collection agency, which I know and was aware my children had coverage. I do have the information and I would like to speak with someone to help get that fixed.

Worst Customer Service among Health Care providers

I has Molina as a secondary and it has not been one instance when they denied coverage or decided to not pay co-pays. If you want to talk to any one, good luck.
