we tried to download minecraft. we got through the payment section, but the launcher was not working as it should so we couldn’t download the game. we were hoping we could get some assistance, or at least our money back.

I purchased minecoins from the Minecraft Marketplace and the amount got debited from my bank account, but the minecoins are not reflected in the minecraft account. The purchase was done on 19th May around 1.52Pm Indian Standard Time.
I Toby paid for Minecraft at 3.27pm New Zealand time. It has not downloaded on my account that I paid $40 for. When it happened it said retry and repair, but it did not work. User’s recommendation: not at the moment.
