Cannot play after purchase done

Can’t recall what Microsoft login id that the purchase was tagged to. Purchase confirmed receipt has been issued by Mojang since May 29, 2021. Until today no replies. Been pushed from Minecraft help support to Microsoft help support and now to Mojang! All I need to know is the Microsoft login id!

I can’t log in to my Microsoft account though other platforms such as cosmic client and lunar client. Every time I do it just times me out for 30 second and I try again and it repeats over and over again.
