As we started planning this year's travels, we remembered last year's unpleasant experience with Impro. Very early we applied for a trip to Morocco, the price of which was relatively high - 780 AU$, after a couple of months we receive a letter from Impro - the new price is 925 AU$, reason: "We did not find an opportunity to book flights at the planned times... "! But it is already a matter of agency professionalism; and does the customer have to pay for such an inability? As loyal customers, we were even willing to pay half of the price increase as a compromise, as the trip was extended by 1 day. But no - Impro offers to re - enter into the agreement, because the already concluded agreement does not provide for such a possibility to increase the price. When we refuse to switch the agreement, it is terminated unilaterally by Impro. Anita (Impro worker on Merkela Street) comment: "We don't need your money like that!". OK good! It would have been our 5th trip with Impro, but now the man categorically refused to go somewhere with this company ever again. And who is the winner?
