poor service

Riga, MeZha Street "Lion's Tooth" 19. 01. 2017. I wanted to write a dentist for the first time. The administrator kindly explained that at the beginning you need to register with a hygienist, which is understandable. But then I wanted an appointment with a dentist for a later date, then... The respondent, if the child cries, then he will not make an appointment with the dentist. So don't write to the dentist right now. These are their rules from this year. Then you can for a fee. When I mentioned that the website only says that there is state-paid dentistry for children and nothing more is warned. The administrator answered that by writing in the journal that she had warned me that she would have to pay if she cried. After looking at the rules for state-funded dental treatment for children, I called again. And I made claims,then she became more tolerant and explained that currently no appointment is being made to make a call next month. Why did I have to start with warnings that this is the reason why my child is not being enrolled?
