Refuse to ship parts

when purchasing our new Misty Harbor pontoon 2019 we ordered a 3rd log. I was assured by the dealer Old Salt Marine in Lakeland Fl. that the log would arrive with the next load of pontoons from Misty Harbor. that was back in Jan. now it’s June and we STILL DON’T HAVE OUR 3RD LOG. Misty Harbor Pontoon Boat – pontoons crack and take on water!!

We purchased a new 2016 Misty Harbor Adventure Tri-Toon boat from Holiday Harbor Marina in Celeron NY. The first year, 2016, the platform holding the ski/tow bar bent. MISTY HARBOR BOAT FAIL – PONTOONS CRACK & TAKE ON WATER!

We purchased a new Misty Harbor Adventure Tri-Toon boat in 2016. That year the ski/tow bar bent.
