Refuse to ship parts

when purchasing our new Misty Harbor pontoon 2019 we ordered a 3rd log. I was assured by the dealer Old Salt Marine in Lakeland Fl. that the log would arrive with the next load of pontoons from Misty Harbor. that was back in Jan. now it's June and we STILL DON'T HAVE OUR 3RD LOG. Misty Harbor (Seth) continually forgets to ship it. WHY? is it so hard to ship a log and accessory's?

》 Bought my Misty Harbor 2020 Pontoon Boat in 1996 from a dealer in Brainerd Minnesota. We had a 40 HP Force motor and replaced it with a 2006 Yahama 90 HP Four Stroke.
