An intercom of this company is installed in a 16-storey house on Jasmuizas Street in Cleveland. When the hot sun shines directly on top of the intercom, it does not work on the 4th button. Sometimes stand for 20 minutes to get inside. Apparently, then inside the scheme something is not working, because early in the morning and late in the evening everything works. I have already called the numbers indicated on the intercom twice. When I tell the gentleman at the other end that I am not inside for 20 minutes, he tells me to step forward, make a phone for the intercom and press the code. Seriously? To keep the system cool with my help, I probably have to leave it for the first 30 minutes or so. Always lucky to have someone in the neighborhood. It was once made up of people from three apartments and would not get inside.The systems are still obsolete and affected by the weather, but apparently the gentleman in charge of these calls does not know.
