I ordered a 4th july banner 3 weeks ago and it’s after the 4th now and still nooooo banner. Never order anything from Michael’s. It goes UPS to postal.Do not User’s recommendation: Don’t order from Michael’s.

Too many messages

Messaging is constant. Customer service says it takes 24 to 48 hours to take effect after messaging STOP. I hope that this is true. User’s recommendation: Never accept messaging.

Not hearing back from Michaels on my case number

I resolved my issue with Michael’s directly. I had to call them to followup and the person who I dealt with in the Level 2 support organization was extremely helpful.
