Customer service – store pickup

Placed an online order at the white marsh store in MD. Received a text the order was ready so proceeded to the store only to be met by a very rude employee named ***** who informed me that my order wasnt ready but I could go pull it myself if I didnt want to go by her schedule. I needed the items for my daughter badly enough that I tried but couldnt find some items. I walked around the store for an hour, pushed the call button for help a dozen times.. nothing.. nobody came. Finally I found a gentleman to help me with my order. I have never incurred such a lazy and rude employee in my entire life nor one that would ever have caused me to waste my time on a review until now. User's recommendation: Take your business elsewhere.
