Not offering wholesale prices to professional crafters

No response from the company. I am very disappointed! They promised to take care of the Darice customers and they are not! User’s recommendation: Find a good wholesaler….

Update by user Jun 02, 2021 Received apology calls from manager and someone from corporate. Was offered coupons and a voucher. I said I wasn’t sure I would use them since I may not shop there again. Not offering the discounts to professional crafters that we were promised when they bought out Darice.

No response from Michaels. I complained that they were not helping the wholesale customers like they promised when they took over Darice. User’s recommendation: Look somewhere else for reasonable prices.
