Misrepresenting the product. The packaging gives no indication that the doll inside is anything other than a mermaid. How would the average customer know that they would have to go on the website to figure out which doll youre getting. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy any of their products.

Update by user May 08, 2021 Also I left a poor review on Amazon for this product. Most companies would work to avoid poor reviews on their products. Most companies would try to resolve issues with their customer service and/or products. MGA does not care that their customer service is lacking…
My daughter has had several lol dolls that have come without shoes and she gets very upset. If you could just send her some shoes for her dolls it would be greatly appreciated.
