Broken doll hand

My daughter received this doll as a gift two weeks ago the hand has broken off and I called the company they will not fix replace repair the door I cannot order a replacement part even if I pay myself. They will help in no way and they said to just throw it all out. I think this is a complete disgrace. User's recommendation: Zero Customer service.
