Car mechanics
A service where work is done very carelessly and parts are left old. When discussing the repairs with the car mechanic, I get the feeling that he doesn't understand anything about mechanics at all, all the time he just shrugged and tried to avoid the questions I was asked. I ask if I can get a document stating all the work done and the costs to which I replied - all the details that needed to be replaced have been replaced and they cannot give me any documents. When I left the service, I noticed that nothing was asked of me and I had not paid the money. Please call the service to refund me for any outstanding repairs, as nothing has been done, but the employee replied to me that nothing would be reimbursed to me because all the work had been done according to my contracts. Of course, I can't prove anything here, because relying on the fact that the works have been done even without checking the check!
