Bought Moab 2 boots and hiked in them less than 50 miles total and sole pieces are breaking off the heel areas of both boots. Encountered some rocks on San Gorgonio hike but damn, these are hiking boots right! Pretty unacceptable to have pieces of the shoe sole breaking off. Come on Merrell!

My Merrels are not new and I have gotten plenty of wear from them, but I have never had any pair of shoes fall apart like these. I hope you can remedy the problems you are having with your brand.
