Difficult returns

Have been on hold for 40 mins then gave up. ALL I need is Merrells returns address as I don’t have a printer. Your site is not helpful. I’ll never order from you again and I’ll tell others about my hassle too User’s recommendation: Very difficult returns, shop elsewhere.
