Wants to charge an extra $100 to replace a part

Took my vehicle in the get an Alternator replaced. I noticed the cost I was being charged was $100.00 more than it actually cost. I questioned it and was told that is the cost. They suck ***

I went had a new transmission alternator radiator fan put on paid a lot of *** money alone on parts thats not including labor I goes to pick up my damn truck it wont reverse my steering wheel making loud *** whale noises and the muffler they supposed to fix fall off and burnt all my skin...
