Complaint status

Poor customer service and no one to talk to in order to resolve any issues or get a straight answer. And the employees act like you’re bothering them when you call too check on your car. User’s recommendation: Don’t use their service.

DID NOT DO ALL THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO ON OIL CHANGE

All they did was change the oil. They did not rotate the tires as they claimed on the invoice. They also did not check the tire pressure. I was watching from the lobby and did not see them doing anything thatD involved the tires. User’s recommendation: DO NOT TRUST.

Issues was not fixed

I took my car into Meineke. The fuel injection flushed my engine light came on and its been on every since. I want the problem resolved because it was not messed up before you all flush my engine

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

This has been a nightmare! I took my 2015 Hyundai Tucson on April 24th for servicing (oil change) after my appointment. Nothing was done
