Improper service
Blackberry repair fee due to cracked screen. The amount was CAD 59.82. I paid and waited for it to be prepared. It took more than a month and finally the message - you have to pay us another Ls10, due to the fact that this part had to be sent from another supplier. I refuse the repair. I had to wait another week for the phone to be returned to the store where I handed it over!
