Broken dining room chair

I purchased 4 dining room chairs on February 28, 2021. On March 10, someone sat in the chair and it totally broke. Was purchased at Walmart. Was given phone number but sounds like a fax machine. Can I get chair replaced. Order #330321****560. Please contact m me at lnielsen@***.edu

We cannot get the foot feet to the recliner to release on our chair.

no directions included to help solve or trouble shoot problems. I am not displeased with the chair, I just need advice to get the recliner to operate.

I have sent 2 emails, per instructions, and Walmart sent 1 on instructions/return labels for returning mattress topper which was too soft.

Enclosed card says 10 days to return, no questions. Sent email day after arrival as did Walmart, sent 2nd email. Now 7 days and no contact from Mecor. Cracked chair piece
