Lived at AIY properties for 2.5 years. 1 BR apt. in Lakewood. The management office only cares about getting you in and signing a lease. The bldg I lived in had radiator heat that the temp was controlled by the boiler and locked in the basement. Never had any issues with my 4th floor apt being warm until AIY took over the bldg. Heat was incl with rent. All of a sudden I’d come home to an apt in the winter living... Read more➤
