I called the phone number to order the Meaningful Beauty products, the person at the call center spoke very poor English. I wanted to make a purchase, but I was very nervous about giving him my credit card information. It seems to me, since we are in the United States, English speaking would be a good idea.
The person i originally spoke with couldn’t even understand english. The second person was supposed to send a confirmation of final payment and cancelation of any furthe delivery! User’s recommendation: Dont purchase.
Spoke with customer service and issue was taken care of immediately. The customer rep was very professional and was able to change the information without any problem.
I would like to speak with the corporate office about there clerical issues and how the incompetent actions affect my everyday money issues at my bank . Please respond to Mrs murphy 835 Osprey Avenue Davenport. 407 -485-**** ASAP
Poor service, fraud!
If I am disappointed once again AuMobile service on September 18, I topped up my credit with € 5 worth 23. 45 because I was connected to unlimited internet for a week from my account was deducted 3 € then I say wait for a confirmation message which I had not even received until the roll, then I say call to AuMobile info the first call was 8. From the morning picked up the man I explained the situation he checked confirmed that if I have such a problem, he said hand over to the technician he called back waiting for 2h then called again conversation same answer same so waiting now waited 14 again called to find out when the service will be provided, the answer we will help, if not you will be contacted by a technician now came yesterday 18. 24 calls again I ask an upcoming question in a problem so solved, then I get shocked, the answer was that the fastest tomorrow is Monday, when I asked a question or 8h is not enough I answered that helping Queue, then I say ask who I am Queue and what I have start his answer was we can not know who you are Queue wait!
